Sohni & Mahiwal A tale of enduing love set on the
banks of river Chenab, Sohni, as beautiful as her Sohni's Family forces her to marry someone else. But she continues to meet Mahiwal across the river, using her earthen pot to swim, one fateful day, Sohni’s suspicious sister-in-law finds out about their meeting and in anger, she replaces her pot with an unbaked one, Unaware Sohni goes to meet Mahiwal, when in the middle of river her pot dissolves. Hearing her cries Mahiwal jumps in the river but they both swept away by the waters of the Chenab.
